Test Virtual host failed with error could not find host or port information

Hello,

We are implementing SAP GRC Access control 10,1 in our System.

System config is :

SAP ECC EHP7 with HANA Database.

while testing the grc service from sicf, i found that it is not working with error " default host can not be access"

going further my virtual host test is also failing with error "could not find host or port information"

I tried to restart the ICM service bt it did not help.

Any suggestion please.

Hi Ashish,

Please perform basic checks

1) SMICM : http port is active and icm_full_hostname profile parameter is maintained

2) /etc/host : fully qualified hostname is maintained and it resolvable.

Hello Deepak,

I checked smicm.. http as well https both ports are active.

even icm_full_hostname parameter is also maintained with FQDN.

I am also able to ping server with FQDN

Could you share logs from dev_icm and http logs from SMICM.
