why distribute the report that export to excel from sap?

hi every body

I have problem with this issue . when I export the report from sap to excel , some of the cell and columns in excel are distribute .

look at this screenshots :

I saw the some of material that have this problem . all of these material distributed in excel :

most of them have the symbol . do you know which character is cause that . or has any role for character of the description of master data???

Dear Ali Khojaloo,

the same issue i have faced previous, the main cause is, if the material description starts with quotation mark (") and it is not end with same. it distribute materials until system finds another quotation mark in the description field. Please remove the symbol and try to export again.

thank you for your posting.I change the material descriptions and add in first or end of that . after that I report and export to excel . but this time the problem was solved .

First of all follow the instruction given by , If still same problem is persisting

then you can directly copy and paste from SAP to Excel for eg. select the material number to material description, press CTRL+Y & select the detail then press CTRL + C & paste in Excel sheet, hence I could be copied exactly.

Download it as local file in txt format.

Then open Excel and select from Excel menu "Open file" and select your text file.

Excel directly open then the import assistant where you can define yourself how you want to separate the fields
