    Hi Keerthi,

For debugging the issue please share CMS log file.

Path where trace log file of Server Intelligence Agent in

    <Install-DIR>\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.x\logging directory named as SIA_nodename_trace.glf.

    Thanks,

    Daya

      Hi Keerthi,

It looks like there is some issue with CMS system database connectivity. CMS is unable to conect to CMS database for some reason. Could you please check :

      1. CMS database connection using DSN and make sure the DSN is 64 bit
      2. Network connection and ports between IPS server and SQL Server
      3. If you are using Windows authentication for DSN then make sure the Windows account has full rights on database.
      4. Check Windows Event Viewer->Application logs and let us know the error messages.

      Regards,

      Hrishikesh
