Database Disconnect SAP B1

One of the user is complaining about a "Database Disconnect " error in SAP B1 .While checking the log files  i can  find out the following lines.Does anyone have any idea about this kind of  errors??

Hi Nabil

Is only one user is getting this error?? other users are working fine.

Does that one user can see all the company db on welcome screen.

All the users getting this error, but not at the same time.Yeah he can see all db on welcome screen.

Hi Nabil,

Try to restart the server machine and then do check whether all the services for SAP and SQL are started or not.

If not then start and if started please restart it once again and do set them for automatically start.

Please tell all the user to open SAP by right clicking and then Select "Run as Admininstartor"

1. Check the Over all disk space in Database, SAP folders?

2. Could you check the any error message in transaction code SM21?

3. Any Dump in ST22
