master data transfer from sap to coupa system & field mappings for master data

Hi,

Can anyone worked on SAP Coupa Interface (with SAP PI as middleware) please share me the procedure for the particular implementation, especially from SAP stand point of view:

- Reqd. configuraitons that needs to be done between Coupa & SAP

- Reqd. configuration for Master data changes from SAP to Coupa.

- Field mappings for the master data in Coupa and SAP (e.g. Supplier /vendor master data, WBS element, GL account etc.)

The very first question on that in SCN, and even no info when searching sap.com

But quite a lot info at https://www.coupa.com/success/sap-integration-playbook

As the data is exchanged with Idocs, and this is just SAP standard, i don't see any difference to any other integration with a different SAP system or any third party system. ALE setup and IDOC customizing is available in help.sap.com and several documents/wikis/blogs and discussions here in SCN. The mapping is something that you have to do yourself, as only you know which fields are important for you and how they are used.  Field mapping is even a bigger topic in normal migration projects between 2 SAP systems as each company has setup their SAP system slightly different.

Did you able to deliver the given interface with COUPA through API integration ?

If yes then can you please provide input on this or some documents? because we have to prepare the same kind of interfaces in our project.
