Hi Pedro,

Can you also share the screen in the path where we define Variables and Templates.

This error happens if the document object associated with the Template GRAC_ROLEAPPR_APPROVED in MSMP doesn't exist in SE61.

Sometimes it happens even though document object exists. In that case just try creating a new document object by copying the original one and associate the copied one  with your template GRAC_ROLEAPPR_APPROVED and then retry again.

Let me know how it goes.

Madhu.

Hello Madhu,

I´ve tried your suggestion creating a new document objet by copying the original, but no luck, the same problem happens.

Bellow the print requested:

Madhu,

As an additional test, I´ve removed the Z notification and leaved the Standard as the active document object for GRCAC_ROLEAPPR_APPROVED. The same issue happens.

Conclusion:

Looks like the problem happens when the Notification Settings are changed to add a Message for the Requestor as described at Item 2 on the first post.

Hi Pedro,

Do you find any logs related to this in SLG1.

Just for confirmation, whether you have clicked on Save/Simulate before generate?

Is it showing a empty line with error symbol in red color or do you find any information there during generation?

Madhu.

Hi Madhu,

Firstly thanks for your help! Yes, I´ve clicked on Save/Simulate and the error happens there. It shows an empty line with the error symbol only, no messages.

I did a new test. Please check the print bellow:

If I inser only the first line (blue arrow) I can generate. If I add the second line (together with line one or alone) it throws the error. So, probably this is not related with the message (SE61), but with the "GRAC_REQUESTOR" ID.

Any idea?

Hi Pedro,

Just to make sure, this issue is happening because of Requestor Agent in Role Approval Workflow.

Can you Create a new agent as Z_GRAC_REQUESTOR similar to standard agent GRAC_REQUESTOR with agent purpose as NOTIFICATION and map this Z_GRAC_REQUESTOR in notification settings.

Also share your GRAC_REQUESTOR agent screenshot from Maintain Agents screen.

Madhu.

Hello Madhu,

Bellow the print requested:

The complete Agent ID Name is GRFNMW_INST_CREATED_BY_AGENT.

When I tried the new "Z" Agent creation I was not able to select the Agent ID Name GRFNMW_INST_CREATED_BY_AGENT. Only the two options bellow:

Thanks in advance,

Pedro

Hi Pedro,

Please check if you have rule GRFNMW_INST_CREATED_BY_AGENT maintained in Maintain Rules section as below. If doesn't create it. That could be the reason for your error.
