Hi,

Can someone please enlighten me on the difference between the two SF recruitment training module. Marketing is 5 days of training and Management is 10 days of training, means Management module have better opportunity in the market ? and is the price same for both the module.

Sriram,

Recruiting Management (RM) covers application to hire processes (Applicant Tracking System) and includes lots of detail and exercises around configuring this SuccessFactors module as a lead consultant (config, XML, provisioning, etc.).

Recruiting Marketing (RMK) covers attract to apply processes and while it is also about training you to be a lead consultant, because the RMK module configuration work is done by the SuccessFactors technical team then it is more about the process and your interactions with the client and the SuccessFactors technical teams (with little configuration/provisioning and no XML).

Recruiting Management offers more scope for opportunity (both in sense of effort per project and number of projects). So, like Luke, I'd recommend that.

Regards,

Stephen

Absolutely - Recruiting Execution is the term used when deploying Recruiting Managment (RM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).

Hi Sriram,

These are for two different applications, Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing. I would recommend going with Recruiting Management.

Best regards,

Luke
