Hi,

We are facing one issue in UWL SAP. When are refresh the UWL, System gives us a message that ERROR for WHILE CONNECTING TO SYSTEM.

This is temporary issue. Not Permanent and this issue is for specific user. We are providing the SAP_ALL to Backend user ID.

How we can fix this issue.

Hi Nishant,

Do the user you are testing it from portal exists in back end??Cross check it again.

There must be some problems with user specific role. So just compore the role with the user that works well.

We Have Checked both users have same role..

Is there anything what we need to check UWL configuration.

Should we need to click register click on UWL configuration.

Yes, you can try to Re-Register the UWL connectors again.
