The user attribute is inconsistent or not defined...

Hello Everyone,

We are getting this error when we try to create shopping cart.

We are in SRM 7.03 implementation pocess,

User is created with /SAPSRM/OP_PURCHASER

i checked all the possible solution but nothing worked out, with reference to some threads i checks Valid to and Valid from in BUT000 table but is fine in our case.

We are stuck with this, kindly provide your valuable suggestions.

Could you please advise whether it is happening for all the users or any specific users.

In addition to that, Can you try to map a new user in the organizational structure and try if it is working for the new user.

One more point, would you please check the BP of this user in table BUT000?
Does it have zero values in valid from and valid to fields?

Hi Kiran,

Would you please check if /SAPSRM/EMPLOEE role is added?
If not, please assign it to this user and retest the issue.
