The user attribute is inconsistent or not defined...

Hello Everyone,

We are getting this error when we try to create shopping cart.

We are in SRM 7.03 implementation pocess,

User is created with /SAPSRM/OP_PURCHASER

i checked all the possible solution but nothing worked out, with reference to some threads i checks Valid to and Valid from in BUT000 table but is fine in our case.

We are stuck with this, kindly provide your valuable suggestions.

Hi Kiran,

Have you checked for consistency of the org structure object for the user?

TCode: PPOSA_BBP > Central Person object for the said user > 'Check' tab
