Could not log in to SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise

Hi.

I'm getting this error when I try to open a dashboard report from bi web intelligence, "Could not log in to SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise". Please I need suggestions to solve this issue

Hi Victor,

It was rights issue, Please check below points:

Resolution

1. Logon to Central Management Console (CMC).

2. Go to Applications.

3. Now double click on Web Service and go to Properties.

4. Update the Access URL as mentioned below and click on Save & Close:

http://<WebServer>:8080/dswsbobje

5. Launch Dashboard Design, open Query Browser, click on Add Query and enter BusinessObjects Enterprise logon credentials.

6. Notice that the Add Query window appears with the list of universes.

Additional to your response, I checked the following sap note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1668437

In which you can know how to consult the url of your web service. After updating the URL of my web service I restarted Tomcat

Hi Victor,

Have you checked the connection inside dashboard? maybe it's set to a universe with user\pass connection and that user\pass is not valid.

Do you have access to the xlf?

When I open the dashboard from the dashboard design application I have no problems, but when I want to add a query from the query browser I'm getting this error

I checked the username and the password of the connection and it is correct. But I still can´t add any query or open a dashboard from web bi
