Hi Victor,

Go in CMC->Applications->web service.

Check if this url is correct i.e. paste this url in browser and click on services and check if you are able to see the services.

If it works then open the dashboard in the designer and check if you are able to preview it.

If so then save it back to platform and check if you get the error.

Hello Amit.

Thanks for you response. I checked the url in CMC->Applications->Webservices->Properties. Later I pasted the url in a browser but I was not able to see the list of services.

Also i tried to connect to BI Plattform throught Dashboard Designer and I have this error when I try to add a query from de query browser.

Hi Victor,

It seems there is something wrong with the URL or deployment. Could you let me know the exact url?

It should be: http://<server name>:8080/dswsbobje

Check if the server name is correct and may be try with IP address once.

Hope this helps.

Hi Amit.

Yes, that´s the URL of the webservice.

I use the url in CMC->Applications->WebService->Properties. In order to know what is the correct url I followed the instructions of the sap note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1668437 to use query builder to consult the URL.

After I put the URL in CMC, I restarted Tomcat.

Regards
