It sounds like the BI server is not available.  Could you ask your BI admin to check the status in the CMC?

I think that's not the problem, because actually, I can open webi reports, I have this problem only opening dashboards, the cmc is started. Thank for your response

Hello Victor,

you are able to logon to the SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise system as you are in the BI Launchpad.

What is the underlying data source for the dashboard ?

Yes, I 'm able to logon to the SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise in the BI Launchpad. My dashboard's datasource is an universe. I can open web intelligence reports, the problem is only with dashboards reports.

Hello.

I resolved the issue. I use the url of web service in CMC->Applications->WebService->Properties. In order to know what is the correct url I followed the instructions of the sap note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1668437 to use query builder to consult the URL.

After I put the URL in CMC, I restarted Tomcat.
