SC created from PR is not visible in Sourcing Cockpit

Hello Everyone,

We are facing a issue to view the Shopping cart in Sourcing Cockpit.

We are replicating PR from ECC using BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER report and it is created as Shopping cart but not visible in Sourcing Cockpit.

Sourcing relevant indicator is "X" and the status is approved.

in BBP_PD it shows "Item Displayed in Sourcing Cockpit"

but still not visible in sourcing cockpit.

Kindly help us by providing your inputs.

We are in SRM 7.03 with ECC 6.04 extended classic scenario.

SPRO setting for sourcing is done and set to always carry out sourcing.

I have done the settings suggested by you still the issue is not resolved.

Item status is  "Item Displayed in Sourcing Cockpit".

My doubt is, is there anything to do with roles,

We have assigned the below roles to user,

/SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE

/SAPSRM/OP_PURCHASER

/SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER

Kindly suggest if there is something to check in settings or configuration.

Hi Kiran,

Would you please run report clean_reqreq_up and bbp_get_status_2 manually for this cart?

If not works, please set external breakpoint at class /SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_DOM_SOCO_GAF1

method /SAPSRM/IF_CLL_DOM_SOCO_GAF1~SEARCH to see why this cart can't be found out.

Hi Kiran,

Could you please check the item status of the shopping cart line items. The item status should be In Purchaser's Work-list.

And also login as purchaser and try to search the shopping cart manually by entering the shopping cart number in carryout sourcing search option.

If the shopping cart is in In Purchaser's Work list then you should be getting it under carryout sourcing when you are searching manually.

Also please make sure that, below mentioned options are marked in settings of carryout sourcing, so then only SC would automatically would appear in carryout sourcing list for the purchaser.
