GR posted in EWM not updating in ECC

Hi Experts,

I posted GR in EWM system and saw that it has not updated in ECC Inbound delivery. After that I saw PPF function and it was in failed status. Later I reprocessed PPF action and it was processed successfully. Still I am not able to post PGR for Inbound delivery. I checked SMQ1 of EWM and there is nothing failed in queue. Also I checked SMQ2 in ECC but could not track update of EWM by any value i.e. ID of EWM/IDN etc. Also I checked SLG1 in EWM where it shows successful log.

Please let me know how we shall track EWM posting in ECC to understand why it has not updated ECC Inbound delivery.

Hi Prashant ,

Is it the first time when you are facing this problem ? I have seen cases in past when system missed to update the GR document in ERP

But before concluding anything , check below things

1) check the EWM material document in MKPF table ? It could be possible that material document is posted but somehow IBD status is not updated..If it actually missing I would suggest you to raise an OSS.

2) SMQ3 , someone might have save that queue

3) Application  and system log may give you some hit

By the way can you specify the EWM version you are using ?

Do you use Idoc or qRFC for communication? Can you show log from slg1?

Check both, SMQ1 & SMQ2, in both EWM and ECC Systems.

Check your goods movement, If it does not post, trigger again using SPPFP - Process and Display PPF Actions.
