BI Launch Pad login Issue

Dear Experts,

We have a clustered BOE 4.1 sp1 environment with tomcat7 being the application server and Apache2.2 as the web server and have also done

tomcat clustering and load balancing. While logging on the BI Launch Pad from client machines using the Apache port (8010) in the url, its taking a long time to show the home page or throws the page cannot be displayed error or show incomplete home page. We can login onto the CMC without any issues, though.

We have verified DNS is able to resolve the IP and hostname. We have also tried logging in after clearing tomcat cache but in vain. Even after re-deploying the web apps for all the tomcats, we are still facing the same issue.

We are able to access the BI launch pad using tomcat (8080) port in the url from our client machines.

Please help me resolve this issue. I suspect it might have to do something with some network related issues but not sure what!

          If you have confirmed everything is working proper using Tomcat 8080, then the problem is related to how the Apache bridge was set-up.   Here are some link below that may help
