Hello Friends,
Our requirement to set up lanscape as below:-
As per above requirement.. do we have two consolidation routes and transport layers but SAP says :- "You can set up one consolidation route only for each SAP System and transport layer"
Please suggest.
Thanks

Hello Ashish,
I read weblink shared by you:-
"From Dev, you need to make a consolidation route to a Transport group.
From TG, make Delivery Routes to QA & PP."
But while configuring STMS..I dont get any option at SAP level how to create consoliodation route between DEV &Transport group and delivery route between Transport group to QA & SBX.
Or you mean to say sharing directory at OS level is sufficient. Please help me
Regards
s.Basis
Have you created transport target groups ?
* read transport groups as transport target groups in my previous reply.

How To Configure SAP Transport Route Tcode STMS | How To SAP

Hi,
You need to create a trasnport group and add the target systems as QAS and SBX during creation (you can secify the respective clients too). This will automatically create route to these systems.
Now you just need to draw a path to Transport group assigning tranport layer to it.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
This is what you need to do in pop-up window while creating transport group in domain controller.
TR Group naming convention should be starting and ending with '/'
Add the target systems in the field as shown in the figure.
Once done, you need to draw a route from DEV to the TR group just created and socify the layer to be used on that route.
Activate and ditribute done.

Hello Prithvi,
Thankyou so much ... for screenshot. Helping me understand lot of things.
Pls do one more favour, can u share screenshot how transport routes will look like when we create route from Target group to any system (DEV,QAS or SBX).
I am greatful to you for kind help.
I guess...we can close this thread at the earliest.

Hi,
Go to stms_path transaction code...
Create a TR group as mentioned in my earliler reply with target system as QAS and SBX.
once all done you need to just add a transport route (F6) it will show the a pencil mark using which draw the route from DEV to TR group created.
and assign the layer to be used on the route done. Activate and distribute the settings.
Make sure the changes are done in Client 000. Hope this solves you issue.
Please find attached image for your reference.

Hi Basis team
You can perform two ways.
1. You can bring the SAX system in your landscape(Four system landscape) like
DEV -- SAX -- QAS -- PRD
2. You can keep the three system landscape( DEV -- QAS -- PRD). whenever you are releasing the transport request copy the Data & Cofiles from DEV system to SAX \trans\data & \trans\cofile(either you can perform normal copy or create a script to copy file to SAX system). and then perform the import steps in SAX

Hi,
I believe this is possible as I've seen landscapes like above logic
