Hi prakash,

In PP-CO integration below things maintain.....

PP- 1)  material qty for ( finished / semi finished / raw ) maintain in Bill of material.

        2) activity qty ( operation time in hr / labour hr / set up time in hr / power consumption in KWH)

maintain in routing  / master recipe.

In production order  / process order in pp all bom material qty & activity qty capture .

CO:- 1 ) all material ( finished / semi finished / raw ) price which maintain in material master in                             accounting 1 view.

         2) all activity rate  / cost maintain in  KP26 t code from CO side.

So finally from PP side production material qty and CO side production header material operation  / activity value / rate / cost calculate.

this is basic requirement , for more details kindly see some scn notes regarding PP-CO integration.

Amit Awasthi.

Hi Prakash

Activity type, cost center linked with work center. Use to calculate production activity price. KP26

Costing variant assigned in Order type dependent parameter.

Order settlement, WIP calculation, Variance calculation.

Please refer below thread and links. I think it is help full.
