Hi Experts,

EXEC_METHODCALL_PPF badi implementation is not triggering Based on action profile setup for the status change of Campaigns or Promotions?

Is there any specific issue for not triggering badi based on action?

HI,

Make sure that the condition is defined for your action profile in PPF administration.

Go to Tansaction SPPFCADM

    select application CRM_ORDER and press button

    'Condition Configuration (transportable conditions)'

Select your action profile and define condition.

How did you configured the execution (tcode crmc_action_conf)?

Is the action to be executed upon saving, directly or per batch selection?

Yes, you should link the badi to the schedule condition, did you check that? I mean, the schedule condition can be defined directly, like you do it in workflows or via BADI.

Thanks for your response.Yes schedule condition is defined in action profile based on user status profile values of promotions.

But the Badi implementation is not triggering.

I mean, In conditions actions/schedule condition tab/ schedule condition, there is where you link your BADI to the condition, if the BADI is not there, It will never be called.

yes! I  was able to select the condition from the F4 help.

is there any reason for badi impl not being called?

Did you check the BADI filters in SE19?
