Fields on IPAD are Read-Only, but on desktop they are editable

Hi 😊

We have a problem on IPad with fields coming from a custom BO. We used an EC to add these fields to Account TI screen.

On desktop we can assign data to these fields, save and then edit/modify them. But on IPad, once these fields already contain data, they become Read-Only and we are not able to edit them anymore.

Have you ever encountered this kind of problem?

Any help will be very much appreciated, since it is an urgent matter 😔
