error: No active plan version exists

Hi experts

while i was generating the patner profile in the new client i am facting the issue

"No atcive plan version exsit"

I have searched through the blogs but didnt find the sloution

pls note: i have tried with the transaction "OOAP" but in that I dnt have access to write or edit

any views..?
