Hi Daniel,
You'll have to check the memory trace files.This can be found in the SAP HANA system alert trace files on the Diagnosis tab, try to identify memory-related errors.
Search for the strings “memory”, “allocat”, or “OOM”.Check if an out-of memory (OOM) trace file was created. Once identified you can decide he next course of action to sort it out.
