Distribution level at Incoming payment on account

Dear All

SAP Version : 8.82

At the Incoming payment by on account, there is no option to define the distribution rule in SAP and its not feasible to update in the JE for each entry.

Is there any work around for the same or it has to be customized.

Kindly provide a suitable suggestion/solution.

Hi  Shyam

You cannot update Distribution rule in On Account Payment and normally Cost Centers Used for Expenses and Revenue Tracking. 

Incoming Payment not included with any Revenues.

Yes revenue will not be included over there, but in case if Trial balance has to be taken based on the cost centers its required as per the client.

Kindly suggest if there is any alternate way.

I am refering the payment on account(used in case of advance given by customer ), and not the payment for on acount.
