Copy ZFIELDS from customer master to sale order

Hi ,

I have a query, I have created a additional tab in the customer master and added some Zfields in that. And same fields are added in the Additional tab B (header) of sales order. Now in both transactions i am able to feed datas and get the reports succesfully. But whatever data i am adding in customer master it is not flowing into sales order. When i enter sold to party all datas should come into sales order like payment terms,partner function,etc., By what enhancement i can achieve this.

Hi Prabhu,

Kindly mention that where (and which tab) in customer master you have added these fields i.e. General data or Sales Area Data or CoCd data?

I think that you can use user-exit  USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK in program SAPMV45A to move the fields from customer master tables (depending on where you have added fields in Customer master) to Sales Order header table (VBAK) since you told that you have added same fields in 'Additional tab B) at sales order header level.

Thank you for your suggestion.I will try with the userexit.

In customer master i have created a seperate Tab- Additional tab, like sales tab,C.Code tab. I added those Z-fields in Kna1 table.

Hi Prabhu,

Ensure that fields are added to both the tables (KNA1 & VBAK). This user-exit is in include MV45AFZZ of program SAPMV45A.

Awaiting your confirmation on meeting the requirement.
