BI Publication success but mail not sent

Hi,

We have upgraded BOE 3.1 to BI 4.1 sp5 on 22nd Dec, 2014 in production server.

Rescheduled all the publications after upgradation and today 23rd Dec,

all the publications are successful but mail not sent to many dynamic

recipients. Very few recipients received mail and many didn't receive the

mails.

If i create new webi report for the mail list and create new publication, that publication is sending mails with reports attachment.

In log file i found the error as below

We have found the issue.

The dynamic recipients mail ids are in webi reports which is fetching

data from database tables.

In BOE 3.1, whenever we add new mail ids in tables, the data was

automatically fetched by dynamic recipient webi reports.

But in BI 4.1, the publication picks the first saved webi reports of

dynamic recipients and whatever the added mail ids are not at all there

in that webi report.

Solution.

The dynamic recipient webi reports are saved as 'Refresh on open' and

publication fetches the refreshed webi.

Now all the users are getting publications reports.
