Cost Centerwise authorization for standard reports to users

Hi All,

I would like to know if we can provide authorization cost centerwise for standard reports to users.For eg.in FBL1N I want user to see only those line items for which cost centers he is authorized to.

Hi Anish Shah,

  Cost center wise authorisation to for FBL1N is not possible in my view.   Profit center is a set of cost centers.   So authorisation can be given at profit center level.   At profit center level the user will have authorisation to all the cost centers under the PC.     Picking few cost centers in a particular PC is not at all possible.

    Authorisation to access profit center can be given by basis consultant.

Do you enter cost center / profit center on a vendor line item?

If not, how would you expect the system to give authorisation

Execute SU24 for FBL1N, you do not find any authorisation object contains profit center / cost center authorisation values.

Therefore, it is NOT possible to restrict.
