Hi Ri Zaldy
What is your database (SQL Server, Oracle etc..) ?
Reorg database after client deletion, i suggest use this blog Running SAP Applications on Microsoft Platform - Site Home - MSDN Blogs

Note: In most databases, space that has become free is available only after a reorganization.
(From ADM325 -> Deleting Clients)
Also, have a look at the below note
35952 - Client deleted, space still filled in database

have you checked the client has been deleted in SCC4 ? It yes the reorganize the database, check the log file size. And finally take a log truncate backup. then check the DB size again.
Thanks

Hi Ri
1. Check the transaction code ST04. in Database & log free space?
2. You have to perform the MS Sql log truncate backup. then you can check the DB size.

Hello Ri,
Delete client using T-code---> SCC5 not with SCC4. Then reorg the database.
