EWM Customize System Guided

Dear Friends

I am working on a task of customizing the System Directed process.

It is to provide dual pallet fork lift to pick two at a time functionality to user,

based on the queue assigned to him/her and proposed by the system.

Has anybody done this anywhere? Please share your experience/advice/suggestion/hurdles you gone through.
