Im not sure if you can add additional fields in the further selection options / custom selections screen.
As a work-around, you could choose the Custom selections option, click on Multiple selection button for the Print document number, in the Multiple selection screen enter the document posting date and then select all the matching documents. Although, I guess this is not what you would practicaly use, as the limit of the documents is pretty low for mass printing.
There's another workaround, using the reconciliation key, but it heavily depends on the way youre using it.
