The request can not be processed for background

Hi ,

I am facing one problem in crystal reports that is "The request can not be processed for background" in vs 2008 crystal report basic runtime for 10.5.0.0.After search some blogs i was updated crystal report and migrated to vs2010.still problem is there.Please check attached screen shot.

Please help me for fixing this issue.

Hello,

Remove the printer settings from your crystal report. Crystal is saving the printer settings in the report.

Open your report with CR 2008 developer application

Goto-> File->Page Setup, and select No-Printer.

Then you has to save your report and try it again.
