Time management Pair Formation

Dear Colleges,

We are using Time Management with Clock In and Clock out and using the program RPTEUP00

to upload time events. I have this scenario:

at 01.12.2014 I upload time events for person 112233 - this 2 tme events

Clock in (P10) at 05:30 and Clock out (P20) at 17:30 after run the rptime00 I get a pair in PT table

05:30-17:30.

After two days at 03.12.2014 when upload time events we get a new time event for the same person for the same date (01.12.2014)

Now I have in teven 3 events for this person for 01.12.2014 :

Clock In 05:30

Clock in 07:30

Clock out at 17:30

After I run pair formation nothing changes , In PT table we have the same pair 05:30-17:30 and the event

07:30 it's only in teven.

Why this day is not recalculated again (I run rptime00 from 01.12.2014)?

I expect that after second run I see in PT table only one entry 05:30.

Why?

Thanks a lot.

HI Mark,

I think you can't able to run the time event because time event is not closed and due to this you can't able to time evaluation run.

You have to make the pair formation and then only you can execute.

So P10- 5:30 am

P20- 7:29 am  (make manula entry)

     P10- 7:30 am

     P20- 17:30 pm.
