Scheme Management in SAP Business One

Hello Everyone,

     I have came across a situation that we have different schemes in which we sell different products free of cost or with discount. It can be same product or it can be different product depending upon the quantity of primary item.

How can I manage this along with some automation??

    Have you checked special prices for BP under Inventory module?

    Hi,

    We have implemented said related scheme by creating user define table (Fields: Item code, discount percent ,From Date,ToDate) and integrate with Sales order. Sales Order Discount field having Query(check item discount detail from UDT), if 100% means free of cost, so on.....

      Hi Idrees,

      This would have to be a development made to fit the business requirement.

      You can create additional forms using udt and udf's to map the requirement and create an add-on to capture FOC items or discount based on the information updated in these new tables.
