Default Dashboard Flashplayer comes up blank SAP 9.0 patch 16

Hi Experts,

The dashboards tests okay and tries to come up. During the process it downloads adobe flash player.  The adobe flash player is downloaded but does not get installed and it says, the latest version of flash player is already built in to IE browser.

The flash player seems to be 16. IE explorer is 11.

The only option for me is to quit installation.

The sales or any default SAP B1 dashboards do not load and come out blank.

What am I supposed to do next? Is this a known issue? Before I open a ticket to SAP, anyone that already knows an answer and has had similar experience?

IE options safety active x filter is off. No flashplayer visible in options Add-on options.

The sap server is Windows 2012 Server.

Thank you,
.Syed

Don't know how it got solved but it did. Various combinations of UAL security, flash player, restart etc may be.
