Client Open logs for multiple systems

We have a monthly validation done. I use SCC4 - -> utilities ---> put the prevous month time frame and execute.

Following things are recoded in an spreadhseet.

Client open time, closed time, User who opened, Current client open setting etc.

As this a manual effort to be done for 40+ systems in our landscae. Can we have any automation from Solman or some job scheduling to reduce the manual effort?

As a compliance task, this has to be done.

I'm not 100% sure this would capture all the same information, but it could lower the amount of manual input as SolMan does collect via extractors SCC4 information and keeps it in its CCDB.  The example below is setting up configuration validation reporting for an instance profile, but its the same concept.
