Issues on WebI-Report moving development to production

Hi Experts,

Top of info-provider having two queries,I have created report top of info-provider by selecting two queries,  development system it is working fine.find the screen of Development system

After Moving the report to production system with selected dependencies only first queries is showing and second or remaining queries and object of that queries not showing .find the screen of that production system report query2 is not available

Even changes source options  is not available in production report but using same connection if create new report it is working fine and change source options is available

All BI report moved to BI production system it working fine

Hi,

Change the connection in BO DEV. Point it to Prod and check.

If its working than Migrate the report from dev to prod with that connection as dependent object.

If its not working change the source of the report to same queries and refresh the report and then migrate from Dev to Prod.

I tried both way it is not wroking

1.Change the connection in BO DEV to production.I have changed the connection but report is giving same output what it is having in development system if I click edit options it is giving following error

check whether  BOE user account has access to the SAP backend.

Have u checked in CMC->AUTHENTICATION->SAP->OPTIONS TAB->SYSTEM ID.

that should be same as in bw .

Hi,

It seems that you have authentication issue.

Use Administrator and check or use a user with full access rights of BW & BO.

Hi Ganapathy,

Once check your olap connection whether its pointing to Development or production,and even the queries .

even we had the similar issue once,its solved by changing the olap connections

then change source is also available.

OLAP CONNECTION is pointing to prodution query and first query is giving data second query or remaining query it is not giving data

Have checked the queriees in RSRT

once check if u have any formula references.and even check the user credentials for not having change source option  ,that is it might be disabled for that user
