User roles in IBP 4.0 FP1

Hi Everyone,

I noticed that "Scenarios" tab that was in S&OP got changed to "Versions" in the new IBP 4.0 FP1

But when defining Permissions for "Roles" (in IBP 4.0 FP1), there are two similar permissions " Manage Versions" and "Manage User defined Scenarios"

Do they both mean the same? If I give permission for the user to "Manage user defined scenarios", Can he manage "Versions" too?
