Hi Li Quan,
These are standard SAP provided reports, these can be used for internal and external reporting purpose or you can say quick reference to view the particular data of Business transactions. Thank you.

Hi,
The use of reports is as follows :
1. S_ALR_87012328 - In this we get entire G/L master data. The check boxes in the Output control bifurcate the use of G/L for e.g. if we tick on Document entry control it shows only those controls in G/L which is used for document entry for e.g. field status group, Status in COA shows whether G/L is blocked and if yes at which level..
2. S_PL0_86000030) - We can use this transaction for Trial Balance purpose as in F.01 we do not get Opening balance, Debit, Credit and Closing balance.
3. S_ALR_87012284 - Same as F.01.
4. S_ALR_87012287 - Same as S_PL0_86000030 only in this case we get balance as per document numbers while S_PL0_86000030 is as per G/L accounts.
5. S_ALR_87012332 - In this we get details of entries in one shot which is not possible through FB03.
In addition to above you are requested to explore more by selecting one by one check boxes given as to check which exactly meets your requirement.
Hope, we have clear our doubts else revert.

Tejas
