Stock Count Posting does not allow zero Unit Cost (Average Cost)

Dear SAP Experts

I'm on SAP B1 v9 PL:08. My client is posting the Stock Count. The main settings are:

Company Setting -  Allow Stock Release with zero price = ENABLED

Items are Managed by Warehouse and set to Average Valuation Method.

During the Stock Posting I get the following error:

Item Price has not been Entered Message 1-232
