BO XI 3.1 SP6 with Windows 7 SP1 x86 jre1.7.0_67 and IE10 Freeze

Hello,

Excuse for my english (I'm french).

We have migrate BI XI 3.1 SP4 to SP6. And now we have some freezes problems whith java.

JRE freeze after one hour of work on BI, when JRE freeze, I can see the "cup of tea" with the wheel stop rotates. And at this moment, IE and java freeze, and after reboot, clean cache of IE and Java, I have again this problem.

I have made differents things like: put the user on administrator group, clean cach, put the web site of BI in white list of java, down the security of java.

But now, I have always the freeze problem, and I don't know, how to search/debug logging to find the source of my problem, can you help me?

check you should not be using 64 bit IE.

Hello,

We work on x86 platform. And, when I try with firefox, I have no problems. But Firefox is not allowed on my company.

You can use Google Crome coz no 64 bit browser is supported with BO.

It is the same for google chrome, only IE is allowed.

You can raise a request to Install 32bit IE on the same OS coz that's product requirement.
