Hi Experts ,

Attribute Change Run Step failing in Master Data Chain Due to Below Short Dump. Can any one help me with Step by step fix.

I am fixing this issue by executing manually ACR ( as per SCN comments) . Can any one help me with permanent fix.

Hi Naveen,

try this below document. hope it should solve your issue.

Basically it happens some times, the ACR gets struck at some aggregates. We need to de activate these aggregates and then repeat the process. followed by filling the struck aggregates.

If it happens often you need to work on few things like upgrade to latest support pack & work with basis in clearing the errorlog table etc.

Hi,

Please provide the short dump fully so that we can check the issues in the ACR.

If manual ACR is working then try re-creating ACR process type in process chain again and try executing.

1st check if this objects added in ACR  are running in any  other  process chain in parallel where object gets locked and the ACR fails in 1st while the 1st PC is still running .

You can set RSADMIN parameters for concurrent activation, see composite note 912367 for RSADMIN parameters.

Parameters are

REPEAT_ENQUEUE_MD_UPDATE_COUNT  -->  421419          |WHM | X |

REPEAT_ENQUEUE_MD_UPDATE_WAIT    -->  421419          |WHM | X |

REPEAT_ENQUEUE_MD_UPDATE_xxx    -->  421419          |WHM | X |

It may happen that object is locked while you are trying to run ACR!!!! So you get dump...

please try to do T- code - RSRV tests on master data.

Table - /BIC/XGSZLONCNT, if see any error there, rectify it and later rerun attribute change run.

Explore above RSRV for maste data.
