Data Management section is not visible in SAP Hybris Marketing trial vesrion

Hi All,

I have registered for Hybris Marketing trial version. In trial version I am not able to see Data Management section in the system. Could you please let me know the reason.

Another question, is Hybris Marketing cloud and S/4 HANA Marketing cloud is same? If same, why we have 2 different name, if not please let me know the difference between both the systems. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Hybris marketing tends to juggle around with names of things between versions...

Data Management is now called "contacts and profiles" in the trial system for example.

Or "Prospect" was renamed to "Suspect". The "contact engagement" application tile was renamed to "profile dashboard". I could go on with this list 🙂

Also, yes, Hybris marketing Cloud and S/4 HANA Marketing cloud are the same.

Do you have access to the hybris wiki?

I followed a webinar once which explained about the further movement of SAP towards cloud products and the related changes in namings, like from "Modules" like Data Management to "Marketing Scenarios" like Consumer and Customer Profiling.
