Dear Exports,
One of our report requirement sales of quantity >500 MT how many customers in these bucket like we have different buckets,
report formate
Clasification | Customers | Qty | Percentage |
---|---|---|---|
>500 MT | 10 | 6500MT | 30% |
250 - 499 MT | 45 | 12625 | 50% |
100 - 249 MT | 60 | 4520 | 20% |
how create key figure condition link with customers , very new to these type of reports. created key figure condition ex: net qty >500, but formula not working, heart full thanks who provide logic and solution.

this report is not possible without either changing the report definition or an enhancement in your data model.
You could either use 3 reports - one for each of the 3 lines you show in your table.
or if you want to have only one report, you need to have a characteristic for the classification.
You could produce the data records for the classification by using APD and writing the data into a new cube or DSO.

Hi Ramesh,
that means several days of consulting to explain the whole concept.
You should start with creating the 3 queries for each classification.
then create new info objects
char for classification
key figures for no customers, quantity and percentage
then create a dso or cube where to store the data
how to create an APD - look it up in SAP help.
