What system is this? Any information in the gateway trace (dev_rd)?

Did you make any changes to the system prior to this issue?

Open the configtool and check the hostname for the UME.

Check the entries in the hosts files and if required maintain them in the hosts file.

    • Hello Victor

I thought the DISPLAY issue was fixed as you already marked the other thread as resolved.

If you are using Putty to launch the configtool then it will fail.

Like I said start the VNCserver on the server and use VNCviewer to connect to the system.

You should then set the DISPLAY variable and launch the tool.

What happens when you run xclock ?

      su - <SID>adm

      setenv DISPLAY hostname:1.0

      xclock

      Cheers

    Hi Victor,

Are you changed anything UME related area?

If did, revert it will work.
