Hi,
I am pretty new to this and I have tried to find this answer elsewhere but have not managed it - so if anyone could help it would be much appreciated.
I am trying to set up a macro to post into SAP directly from Excel using BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST & BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT
After posting the journal, I have run a cost centre report using KSB1, and the the journal has worked; the journal has posted and debits and credits as expected.
However, in the 'Reference' field of the download, the Reference Doc that I specified (using REF_DOC_NO in the BAPI transaction) does not appear. What is puzzling me is that when you drill in to the transaction (by double clicking on the line item), the Ref Doc is definitely there and looks identical to another journal that I posted directly into SAP using the F-02 transaction - and the F-02 transaction does show the Reference in the KSB1 download.
Can anyone help me understand why the Reference does not appear in the KSB1 download and find a way to force it to appear?

I have tried different views in SAP and altering my VBA code in Excel and nothing seems to be getting around this problem. Can anyone help?
I can't understand why all of the information is displayed when you drill in but not on the initial download screen or in the Excel download
