Archiving data from BW is not working

Hi All,

We are trying to archive data from BW using the archiving object BWREQARCH in Tcode SARA.

First we have run the reports -

Z_RSSTATMAN_CHECK_CONVERT_DTA

Z_RSSTATMAN_CHECK_CONVERT_PSA

Next we are trying to write records in to an archive file, but nothing is getting written. Please see the job log attached.

Please advise what else needs to be done to ensure records get archived.

The system is live since 2009 and has lots of entries in the log tables

Please let us know if we are missing any step.

While trying different options we found that there is no entry for BWREQARCH in the table ARCDEL_OBJ in our system.

We tried to create entries using SM30 - Object V_ARDCEL.

However, nothing is getting added to the table. It only contains one entry for Product Master Data Archiving.
