" DUMP CONVT_NO_NUMBER in Production ECC Server, Related to Solman"

Hi All,

Currently we are using SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP12,  A series of Dumps are getting generated with the below error, after Technical Monitoring Configuration For Production ECC Server.

Details of the Dumps are Mentioned below

Category               ABAP Programming Error

Runtime Errors         CONVT_NO_NUMBER

ABAP Program           /SDF/SAPLE2E_EFWKE_COLLECTORS

Application Component  SV-SMG-SDD

Date and Time          22.12.2014 05:38:27

    Unable to interpret "*85064" as a number.

What happened?
    Error in the ABAP Application Program

    The current ABAP program "/SDF/SAPLE2E_EFWKE_COLLECTORS" had to
     because it has
    come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

What can you do?
    Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.

    To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
    administrator.

    Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
    at and manage termination messages, and you can also
    keep them for a long time.

When I check the Extractor Log in, Workcenter, Below error is Popping up.

Data Provider /SDF/E2E_WP_INFO : Unable to interpret *89391 as a number.

Screen Shots of the Dump and the Workcenter has been attached.

I have tried applying the SAP Note 1872633, But this particular not is not applicable for the current version of my Solution Manager.

Any Quick help is Highly Appreciated.

Hi Faraz,

Just a guess might help.

Check if there is field length miss match even check if the field is non numeric.

follow SAP Note   1907824 - Short dump CONVT_NO_NUMBER /SDF/SAPLE2E_EFWKE_COLLECTORS /SDF/E2E_WP_INFO occurs

  1978639 - Short dump /SDF/E2E_QRFC "TIME_OUT" "/SDF/SAPLE2E_EFWKE_COLLECTORS" in Solution Manager

Hi Faraz,

The SAP Note 1872633 should be applied on the Managed System. Can you apply it as it should solve the issue.
