Hello colleagues,
In the moment we are searching for possibilities to measure the progress of our projects in SAP. We are working with detail WBS Structure and networks.
Because of this we plan to use the costs and hours to to generate a progress grade automatically.
Is this possible in the Projectsystem?
Thanks
Thank you very much. We will try this.

Hi Johannes,
You can achieve it by Progress Analysis
Progress Analysis - Project System - SAP Library
As mentioned by Paulo, Measurement Method is a part of Project Analysis
But in case if you want very simple way of project analysis, you can use CNS41 transaction.

Hello Johannes,
Please refer to below link for possible Progress Measurement Methods:
Define Measurement Methods - Project System - SAP Library
What you did mentioned looks similar to Cost Proportionality and Quantity Proportionality. Besides you can simply use Estimate, that is when the business user does personal estimation in % value. Sometime that can be most accurate, since not dependent on neither plan nor actual data.
Automatic is nice, but requires good quality of plan data, as well as proper accruals for actual data. Your actual cost in the system is normally either behind or ahead of real work progress.

Paulo
