Add url in Technical Monitoring

Hi Experts,

I have created Metric and Alert to Add URL in Technical Monitoring but in System Monitoring rating is grey. I hope expression is not working. Below are the screen shots. Please suggest any changes required.

If you review other HTTP Availability metrics you will note that they do not include http://hostname:port the URL is /path.  In your case remove everything before the /irj and leave everything else.

I'm also not 100% sure, but you may want to also test with using the variables $PORT$ and $PROTOCOL$ for the port number and the protocol method; this would allow you to control the port via the LMDB instead of fixing numerous TechMon templates due to static data.

Try with Data Collector "SAP Ping Http" Also post the Screen of entire Parameter List setting.

What did you set the threshold to be, I think by default it is left as Informational only.

We can give "Already Rated" or Any "String value" relevant to the Web page.

Hi Nahid,

Yes use "Already Rated" for Threshold Type or Already Rated (Best rating of last n measurements) if it needs to trigger alert after n failure.
