solman dashboard not showing data

Hi Team,

We are configuring Solution manager Dashboard apps on our system which is SP12, using the below links

I have already configured the apps using the links below

SAP Library - SAP Solution Manager

But data is not getting populated in any of the charts,

Please advise how to setup and configure them for retrieving data in these charts  ,

Can you see if SAP note 2066403 - Empty System Performance App in Application Operation Dashboard helps?

Hi

I have applied the note and one of the apps ( system performance ) is showing data currently.

But the information in Businesss process  graphics are not picking up or either not displaying properly.

Please advise.

I have checked the note for this issue..

1610692 - BPO Dashboards: Collective Note for SolMan 7.1 ..

but it is for older version..

We are currently on SP12 solman. does anyone know its relevant note or solution.
