solman dashboard not showing data

Hi Team,

We are configuring Solution manager Dashboard apps on our system which is SP12, using the below links

I have already configured the apps using the links below

SAP Library - SAP Solution Manager

But data is not getting populated in any of the charts,

Please advise how to setup and configure them for retrieving data in these charts ,
