Issue with Solution manager(1 solman_setup 2 solman_admin)

Hi Guys,

This is new basis and new to SOLMAN.

I met 2 issues after I installed solution manager 7.1

1 there is no solman_admin in place, do I need to create this user manually?

2 When I was trying to use solman_setup, the website will popup correctly, and ask me to login, but I cann't. If I key in the right username and password, the page just like refresh and stay on logon page.... nothing happended...
